דרישות התפקיד:
• אנגלית ברמת שפת אם
• שליטה ב Microsoft office
• זמינות בערבים (משמרות בד"כ בין 16:00-24:00)
• תודעת שירות לקוחות מצוינת
• יכולת עבודה בצוות
• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ

IsraelExperts, a leading Educational Tourism company and one of the Taglit - Birthright Israel tour providers is looking for several evening staff to help manage the registration for its upcoming season. These seasonal full time/part time positions will be responsible for assisting applicants from the USA to register for and ultimately participate in this fantastic program.
To be considered for this position you must be able to:

- Speak and write English at a very high level
- Work comfortably in a Microsoft Office environment
- Work evenings ( usually 16:00-24:00)
- Demonstrate strong customer support skills
- Be a team player
- Work well under pressure
